Valencia Courts which may be entered from the 4-way stop at the intersection of De Soto Boulevard and Valencia Way, was built during 1974 and 1975. It is comprised of 131 units, making it one of the largest courts in the Village in terms of numbers of units, as well as a large amount of common area. There are numerous floor plans including one and two story units, and each unit has both a patio and a deck or balcony. The Association Office and large community center are housed in Valencia Court. The community center is available for meetings and indoor events such as receptions, parties, etc. Many residents of the Association are able to utilize this facility for nominal fees. The court is full of mature landscaping, many mature trees and flowering shrubs spotted throughout which gives the residents a sense of peace and tranquility. The monthly THA dues are used to maintain the limited common property of Valencia Court and the operation of the Association, while the additional POA dues support the operation of Hot Springs Village.
