About Us
Welcome to HSV THA
The Hot Springs Village Townhome Owners Association was established by Cooper Communities the developer of Hot Springs Village in 1972. Cooper communities, the developer, established 17 courts and defined them as Townhome Owner Association members. The association is made up of 944 housing units over the 26,000 Acres of Hot Springs Village. This represents approximately 10% of the entire village. The Town Homeowners Association has a office and conference center at number 1 Perralena Lane where we handle all requests for trash, irrigation, landscaping, common areas and other Associated needs of the owners.

Cost of Living
Townhome Owner’s have the opportunity to experience the best of all that Hot Springs Village has to offer. Lakes, Golf and Interior with stunning views and very inexpensive day to day living. The THA provides lawncare to the Common Areas, trash pickup and other services.
Lake Living
Several courts in the HSV Townhome Owners Association are Lake Front. Castellon, Madrid Courts, Balboa Cove and Coronado enjoy Lake Front areas.
Golf Living
From the beginning Cooper designated Golf Front courts such as Desoto, Villa Allegra, Cortez and Magellan. These areas present amazing views and highlight the stunning green areas of Hot Springs Village.
