Yves Leccia 'YL' Rouge BIO 2024 chocolade where all of the estate'sThe color of YL Rouge is a beautiful black cherry red. On the nose, it has exuberant aromas of red fruit; raspberry and cherry combined with a hint of licorice. The taste is delicious, very gooey, full of lust, supple and with good length. The grapes come from a place called Partinelone, where the terroir consists of clay limestone soil on a slate base. The grapes are harvested by hand when they are healthy and ripe. The entire harvest is pressed.
